The heat here is rather intolerable nowadays! The condition had been almost like this:

After 46days of not exercising..

Today is the first time i took some guidelines for a healthy lifestyle again since my NS training ended on 11th of Mar....hahahha.. I went jogging! Sorta kinda "forced" by lim shur! Hahhaha since she always has a "fixed appointment with Taman Gelora" every Sunday at 5p.m. ... her mission:: keepin herself fit n beautiful yea??

Hahahaha so i decided to join in her mission today l0lz but i was late on my mission hehehe i came almost before 6pm because at 5pm, the sun was still blazing hot just like at 1pm ! And due to my "wonderful experience in NS with the SUN", i was afraid to get sunburn again....hehe

When i reached there, Shur accompanied me jogging for the first 2rounds but it was time-out for her coz she already jogged 2rounds earlier. So, I joined my mom n jogged with her but i "outran /out-jogged" her for 2more rounds(actually she only jogged halfway =P)! Muahahhaa felt good ....kekekkekeke but somehow it's different jogging here than jogging during NS with one bunch of frens especially by the seaside, enjoying God's creation and encouraging each other to jog faster--that was real important coz our teacher torches us by commanding us to do push ups halfway thru' our jog... Yeah, miss those times , that's for sure...ahakz.

twur don't let me go home =p

twur, u want me to blog about that day rite? hahhaa ...ok...
At 7p.m. my mum and I ate dinner at twur's house on wednesday, after that we chatted for awhile then had nothin to do, so twur and I posed some candid pictures using our phones....lolz....we were trying to pose at diff angles for slimmer faces...hahaha turned out to look like anorexics!
Actually I need to go off at 8.30p.m. to meet my frens but twur drag and begged me not to go...hahaha so I delayed the time a lil' longer till my frens called me coz they were surprised that I wasn't where I was supposed to meet them yet (usually i'll be the 1st to arrive, haha)..Alas, twur finally let me go at 9pm! wAhahhaa happy dy twur??

50cent kindness!

Today, i brought 5bucks out to buy my lunch at a nearby shop. Went to buy packed rice with fish,mixed vege and fried egg..The worker in d shop who served me said "rm5.50 pls". In slow-mo, i took out the cash from my pocket and looked at the shopworker with puppy eyes and said " I have only rm5...." Thank God, she was kind enough to give me that 50cent discount and didn't force me to walk all the way back home to grab a 50c coin or takin back 1dish away from my rice! Phew~~

Sometimes words just don't come out the right way we want, don't you agree?
Especially with our Manglish...expressions like lah, loh, ma, hor, etc,etc.. to express our feelings.
Based on that, i just dislike that we get misunderstood thru' our words when actually our thoughts dun mean that way.
We want to change others' errors of opinions about us but we definitely do not want to change ourselves into what they want us to become.

Bowling n Movie don't go along!!

I've come to a conclusion that watching movies after playing bowling isn't a good match...since i like bowling =D and get easily addicted to it. Tho' i'm not a pro but who knows why??

Anyway, i didn't feel like watchin any movie coz there weren't any nice movies in theaters but i was "forced" (i'm using this word anyway!) to watch with good old Lam, Darren, Seth, Sharmila n Wenjie..

We watched 'Knowing', well i shud have trusted my instincts!! It wasn't the right movie to get you going wow....ooooowwwwh.....n eeeee. I mean, the story's climax and ending did not go really well with what the movie is all about....If u dun get wat i mean, just watch it but dun blame me when u have. Hhahaha d movie didn't get me excited but just made me keep slamming my forehead lolz...aieyaeyae....

GRANDMA THROW!!

The best day in Sushi King

Oh yeaah, we--Clement, Mike, Joel, me were able to catch up on the last day of "RM2 rice-based sushi Promotion" only at Sushi King! Finally, it was worth eating sushi till u get d feeling of not wanting sushi anymore! Hahaha =D Just imagine this RM6 deep-fried prawn sushi turns out to be only RM2! Yummy yum...hehhehe still can't believe it??

This is our proof! "We can afford this much" Hahaha. Sushi-lovers dream come true.... {I'm not one of them but i know Seth, u are...}Too bad u didn't get to enjoy it....lolz =p

Then after 1hour and 15 min later, we surrendered our chopsticks....Hahahha eventually our stomachs {not bladders, Cle....} couldn't take it anymore..We rested but at the same time waited for new sushi arrival to be rolled out but they didn't come...So we got our last thing(thanks to Joel)

ICE CREAM~~~eNOUGH said, Clement is really satisfied with his lunch that day and so do we! Arigato Gozaimasta!!!

Sleep in d same dorm as me, same company, same laziness :P We chat day n nite... during roll calls, classes, even in toilet when we shower or brush teeth...lolz...she has a POWDERFUL voice....ahakz~!

Mimi n Humaira a.k.a honeY...one is so cute..the other one is so erm..violent(coz she always invades my peaceful moments) yet helpful (she'll get mad if she sees tis) hahaha. Well, we often lepak together n share all kinds of stories...kekeeke (pardon my giggles,i'm having some flashbacks)

He trains his students marching like no one else could =p He really punished us (golek, masuk paya, etc) when he's not pleased with our marching but at the same time he jokes with us (of coz only when he's in good mood) hahaha.....one of a kind :)

Cikgu Mieda........my mentor! It's such a funny thing, mentor-mentee programme started like 3weeks before the camp was ending. Well, if u know what's the role of a mentor...is to find out any problems that their mentees are facing. When she asked us did we have any probs during d camp, no one answered! Hah... our only prob was: When is d camp gonna end?? Lolz... it wasn't all dat boring but we all wanted to go home already.

Anywayz, Cikgu Mieda is a cool lady, friendly and talks a lot too =D

Sabrina (given by d chinese gals) Oh my, listenin to his L-A-M-E so-called 'riddles' will make u faint! or at least speechless .... :X I asked him wat was his motives giving all these riddles, he said he wants students to get irritated so that they'll remember him 4 that.... Merang Suria Holiday Camp... Among 400trainees, only 24chinese were in this camp..there are a few missing from this picture above but anyway, they are all friendly gurls n guys, i'm glad to know them :)
