Play along or not?

I've prayed so hard..
I thought my cries have been answered .
Everyone was really glad.
I was relieved.
Now, no prayer answered at all!
Is this a joke?
Should i still be thankful?
Or should i take back my prayer?
Am i fooled?
What is this??????
I don't get this clear.
No one can fathom.

Faith instead of Fear

This morning, instead of heading to church, i decided to go "online church".
Found a great, inspiring message by Ps. Joel Osteen, entitled "Activate Faith instead of Fear".
Many of us, including me, often abandon our God-given FAITH and always get overwhelmed with this thing called FEAR. It's common everywhere, around us, friends or family who are constantly worried about almost everything 24/7. And will worrying get us anywhere any better??
The answer is "NO".
God's word just hit me a few days ago. Jesus said, "And who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?" in Matthew 6:27
Though i've read this passage a million times, it just hit me perfectly in the head that I can't solve my problems even when i worry too much. In other words, God was trying to tell me,
"What's the point of worrying?"
In Joel Osteen's message, he said, we should wake up in the morning with positive thoughts like, God is gonna bless me today, surely goodness and mercy will follow me TODAY!
=)Say, I believe God is directing my path in his way.Expect victory, not defeat or failure....
If God closes this door, He's gonna open a better door for you!!We also get easily affected by suggestions given by people around us, eg:Let's say you feel normal this morning, nothing bad affected you. Suddenly, a friend comes along and said "Hey, are you okay? You look really pale today."Then you say, "Really? But I feel fine. Hmm, perhaps i didn't have enough sleep last night."Another friend comes by and asks you, "Do you need rest? You have puffy eyes and your voice sounds like you're having a cold."You reply, "I didn't realise that. I guess it was really cold last night. I think i'd better go see a doctor later."You were fine in the morning, when u just got up. And now, you think that you're sick just because some people around you influenced your mind!
Fear is contagious! So beware! Be strong in faith and believe for good things coming your way!

Don't worry about anything, but in everything give thanks!!
PRAISE THE LORD!

My 1st week of experiments with food

With some advice from mum, ingredients, gas, utensils and sauce, u can create magic! And throughout the whole week, i became a so-called "chaplang" chef.. hahaha and the menu of the week is:

Monday: Spaghetti bolognaise, with chicken meat. XD

Tuesday: Chicken porridge ( no pics, coz it didn't turn out really well, meat was kinda hard and carrot was uncooked..lolz)

Wednesday: -take a rest- Bread with mashed boiled eggs and campbell soup

Thursday: Mee suah soup with vege and sliced chicken
(note that the black small sprinkles are over-fried onions =X )

Friday: Fried rice with chicken, carrot and tomato
(taste much better than my previous fried rice)

Saturday: Break-time, enjoying a cup of hot Milo and 3slices of bread while the weather was chilly after the rain had stopped

Saturday nite's supper: Chee Cheong Fun!
hahaha still felt hungry even after eating tomyam rice outside.. of coz' i'm not the cook!!

Cooking is an ongoing learning process where you have go to thru' trial and error! Definitely won't taste "mamma mia" for the 1st time but keep trying! You'll get there, chef!

Back for the weekend

There were 2 "unidentified" guys who followed me back in the bus to Kuantan. Hhmm, very conscious about the pandemic virus people. Muahahahahaa...
Before Darren flew off to USA, we hang out at the mall and played our FINAL match of bowling coz i don't think anyone will be excited as darren or me to go bowling...others will be like "Dun wan lah, so expensive"..........or "I dunno how to play" -.-" I'm not saying that I'm a pro ..ahem...but i beat 3 guys in this final game!!! Dude, i feel like i'm on top of the world.....Muahahahhaha i noe i'm exaggerating but just let me enjoy the moment 4 awhile. It ain't easy, ya noe. U can see the results of the game below:

In translation:

Chun Kit scored 65 (not bad for a start)
Darren scored 89 (which was sooooo close in beating my score but he didn't- now he couldn't show his fist pump =P )
Lam scored 39 (he ate something wrong that morning.....hahhaa no la....just wasn't his day)
and I scored a total of 109!!! (it was totally "my day" and i used new skill to break a good record) ~What a wonderful world~ hehhehee.......

By the time i spare in my last round, they disappeared from the alley! Apparently, they weren't satisfied with their OWN performance and they lost to a girl! Boohoo =P

Well well, time to say goodbye to our dear lame fren, LAME D....hahhaha i'm sure u're enjoying americano cappucino and grilled hotdogs now! Yuumm, makes me feel like eating 'em! Bon voyage !

more from camp

2nd day after the camp, i had some discomfort and puking....not only me but about 75% of us who went for camp got sick! Well, we haven't dig out what's the main cause yet. Anyway, i don't know why i felt uneasy 1 day after d camp, quite alot of us had slow reactions in our body...hahahha...Strange.....
aNyway, here's the front view of the camp.

The bridge linking big,air-conditioned hall to sinking tents and the muddy jungle

Felicia, Evelyn and me.... Haven't really wake up yet.. Heeeeee

Cute tent pose!! =P
(exhausted after busting our butts in playing games under the hot sun,
happy to go home!)

Camp for body aches and bruises

Alas, i went through orientation camp and came back in 1 piece!! Hahahhaaaha it was a 3 days camp at Tapah, foothill of Cameron Highlands.
Right after class on Fri, we grabbed our bagpacks and off we hopped on BAS SEKOLAH =x
Couldn't sleep in the bus at all coz of the chattering and blasting of radio.hahaha
It was raining kinda heavy when we reached our campsite.....and we had to pitch our own tent~! Anyway, our camp was one of a kind, we named it the Titanic camp! Lolz......easy, coz it look like it was sinking in the middle. Hhahahhaa don't know why our camp was so special lah...lolz but thank God it didn't collapse or allowed any water to leak in, unlike my worst experience during camping in NS.....that was like a pond full of rain water!Tada...the sinking of G49...side angle is more obvious..hahaha

Crystal clear stream and chilly water... but when it rains, the water looked like TEH SI PENG!

Our first night, there was a No Apologies seminar, which was about pre-marital sex and abstitence is the wasy to avoid it...no hustle bustle lah.... Then we had our 1st punishin activity, NIGHT JUNGLE WALK! I expected the walk to be about half or 1 hour but NOoo, it turned out to be as long as almost 3hours! Most of the time spent waiting, waiting, waiting..... coz the trail was only for fit for not more than 1 person sideways. So imagine more than 100people in a very very long queue...waiting for the KTM ....yeah smtg like dat lah. Hhahaha plus, the ground was muddy and slippery! We slipped and knocked our legs over branches and twigs.....Jungle in Malaysia is such a pain.....There were some parts we had to sit on the muddy ground and slide down! Argh..... While we were waiting, we chatted, looked at some insects, disturbed the container tied to rubber trees to get latex, imagined that animals were hiding behind trees and ate some Oreo which was found in a one of my team member's(a guy's) pocket...lolz!

Next day, we had d seminar for 3 hours =.=...... then we were fired up (had to) for stream-trotting.. which took us about 2hours to get a small, tiny waterfall! *sweat*.....All the energy walking through the strong currents...stepping on rocks, climbing in between rocks( that was the hardest)! But we took a civilised road back, and it was only about 15mins walk! My goodness.......

Had games on the last day, under d hot burning sun.... All of us were waiting for the LAST game to end...anyway, my team= GOLF made a great effort! We got 3rd place, at least had some things to be proud of. Hahahhaa so we posted happily like children playing on slide :)

From left top: Eng Hoe, Eamon, Benny (oreo guy), Adam( team leader)
Left bottom: Felicia, Evelyn, Jia Ching, Anusha, me (all tent mates)
GOLF team!! Not that we play golf, it's because GOLF is the international code for G. =X

GOODBYE CAMP!

Mismatch at the party

The theme for the BBQ party was “Mismatch”..not “Mixmatch”! So everyone gotta wear any outftits that are of different colours, different styles or even different shoes for each foot. Mismatching them in the worse way you can, that’s the whole idea. You can call it a “fashion disaster party”. Hahahhaa everyone was so odd in their clothings. Formal shirts with short pants, long yellow banana socks with slippers, different coloured shoes on each foot, blue shirt with pink pants(that was me), and every mismatching outfits you can ever think of. Lots to comment! I can imagine Michael Kors or Nina Garcia criticizing us for breaking fashion rules…hahahaaa.

Performances were quite entertaining and satisfying, compared to SABS I.U. night..hhahahahha at least people don’t sing out of tune, or play the electric guitar like scratching a bunch of rubberbands , being emo.

Later on, the dance floor was open to everybody who was high. Hahahaa high with wat??? Juice? There was a DJ mixer, filling the air with dance music and then, MJ’s songs like Billy Jean, Smooth Criminal and Thriller came on…hahahaha not many people danced during that time coz no one could dance like MJ! Hahahhaah but the songs were really hot.

There's Roshan with his scouts' uniform...So daring to wear dat scarf on his head. Hahahaaa... Bahar with her cute purple scarf and yellow striped shirt.

Mind the shadow....bad lightings. Hahahah.. That's Evelyn and Sasha....

See how we really mis-match our outfits?? Formal with beach wear......Unmatching colours ....My eyes are so sore!!! Aaaahhhh......hahahaaa....

I went back about 11p.m. Finally, had my shower since morning! Hahahahaa blow dried me hair then knocked off at 1a.m. Woke up at 11.30p.m. this morning :P so long didn’t wake up after 11 dy!!! Niceeeee heehhehehhe and today I ate 5 pieces of bread for dinner….fuuhhh felt like I just ate 5 bowls of rice!

Some modern indian dance moves.... Won best performance of the night.

Shopped for shoes

Right after college, I went to Midvalley with my roomie today. Main objective: SHOES

I searched almost high and low in every sports shops in the mall. Lolz, finally saw a very slim, sleek, stiking red Puma shoes which looked really attractive. Tried the only size left,6...chunt-ed!! Plus, the shoes cost only rm108 after a 40%discount! But sadly, they were only casual shoes. I asked the salesgirl, "Yang ni boleh pakai untuk running tak? Macam guna kat treadmill.." She said, "Ni memang xleh ar. Kalau nak,u kena beli running shoes. Sounds really funny when u rojakkan 2 languages in a sentence. Hahaha.

So, i just aimed for the cheapest SPORT shoes i could find. I saw a pair of Reebok's, coloured grey and pink. Specially designed for:
Well, after sale?? rm200, It's kinda pricey but i bought them for a good cause >.<
Shopping along with charity purpose don't make you feel all that bad, eyh. Hehehee. Later on, I accompanied my fren to buy groceries at Jusco. We carried so many plastic bags and wondered how were we gonna go back walking from the station to the condo with loads of stuff. Well, we decided to flag down a taxi. The same thing i did with my housemate after abandoning the plan of waiting for the ole' KTM and moving on to taking a taxi to Pavillion. Bargaining for lower fare, i did it again. Lolz. We arrived at our condo about 6.10p.m. then rushed for our college's BBQ party. Registration was at 6.15p.m. and we thought we had to be there on time, if not, we have to face the music by one of the teachers. No names mentioned, ahem! So, we arrived a bit late but good thing the teacher was not in sight....phew~~~~to be continued in my next post XDFeet posing!! Hahahha with my real sporty sport shoes =P

Dinner on next day, notice there are tomatoes ingredients in all bowls and plates. Lolz.....
My clean and tidy bed with James sitting on top! Hehehheee

Early July

This was taken randomly, in early July, just unloaded my stuff at the condo.

Then, spent a night at a hotel with my mum =P heehehe

along the coast of life

It's been quite a while since I've posted pictures like these and poems of comfort.

The coast of life,
who knows what's the next wave?
We are easily troubled with anything
That comes in our way

Though the road is winding,
And the path seems unclear,
To Him, we can be rest assured
That we are save in His embrace.

Acknowledge Him as your Author of life,
trust me, He knows it all.
Let Him overwhelm you with peace,
His love is as wide as the ocean.
Footprints in the sand,
Shows the relationship you have with Him,
Timeless, precious, beautiful,
Is His presence so ever real.

Will you lend someone a helping hand and let that person have those precious footprints with God? By your act of kindness, the person will be truly blessed =)

Finale of orientation week

Remember i said about skipping orientation days last week? We were forced to stay back for today after our class at 4.30p.m. We knew we were gonna get "abused" by the seniors...ish.... Already we saw water ballons and buckets of water and even few peeps from the 2nd n 3rd floor above us were sneering and preparing to attack us.
First, we juniors split into 2teams n supposed to attack n defense each team. So from there we got into the wet-wet situation! A water balloon hit my fren's head but it didn't burst....wat a funny scene at d moment...i guess her head was elastic. Hahahaa then, i happily watched everybody, one by one get wet either by water-shooting gun, buckets of water or water hose and i was also happily avoiding all those danger zones, turning my head left n right..hahahaa until one time, i totally forgot about d fence behind of me, a bucket of water came splashing over d fence right on me...i SHRIEKED................ARGH................!!! Just when i thought i could escape... Then later, i was chosen to get punished by kneeling down and get sprayed nicely at my back with a water hose. For a moment, the feeling of cool water on me was kinda refreshing after being roasted at the basketball court.
And just now about 7p.m., all residents of MCKL had to go for a "5S japanese housekeeping management seminar" but me n my housemates reached the coll around 7.20p.m. so we got "lectured abit lah" heheheee but wat a crappy 5S.......even my grandma can teach me that la dey!! Teaching us that we must clean, organise, label, disciplined, bla bla....... i can give a talk on dat! Then, without any warning, we were presented a slideshow of pictures of our rooms! And u noe wat, d first picture was my room, shared wit 2 more frens! With the brightest sunflower bedsheet, a bolster, a baby pillow and my bear, James lying neatly on d bed..hahahaa....the speaker rated our room 7 out of 10. And it was d best compared to other bedrooms lah =P see, even d latest students who arrived can tidy up their rooms! Wat a good example!
With the charge of rm10 per person for the 5S talk u noe???? I wanted to ask, "Can i get a refund???"
Good thing class starts at 10 tmr....hehhee so not so frustrated lah....ate bread with pork floss just now with grape juice....yummmmm :P

My condo n extra..

Thank God for very good place to stay. Relaxin, clean, modern, chic, breezy, bright! Will upload some pics of d condo someday ..hehee but i've posted the swimming pool and the gym i was talking about.
Clear waters surrounded by palm trees with the view of Hilton Hotel and Sentral buildings.
Must take a dip in that pool !!

The tread-mill machine....lolz....took almost 5mins to figure out its settings and finally got it moving.
I've also got a new housemate, Rachel! One of the most wacko person i've met...hahaha her fav line: "Take a chill" i can't study with her beside...she'll make my stomach hurt coz her laugh is infectious .
We skipped orientation from Wed-Fri at 7am hahahaha.... coz seniors demanded us to do silly stuff like wearing PJ's to college, bringing toothbrush to brush ANOTHER person's teeth... who bothers!!.....Hahahaa but i'm supposed to write a report on orientation week for the college mag....lolz...

Been pretty busy this whole week with studies and assigments so soon =.=
But had lunch(4pm -.-) on Thurs with bro n Jeremy at Decanter! The food was nice n reasonably cheap man! Bro ordered a peculiar dish called, "escargot de Bourgogne" which is French snails in eng....They were delicious! Eaten with cheese and garlic. Yummy~~Only rm9 for 6 snails....cheap yo~
At nite, had dinner wit dad n bro at a chinese restaurant....darn expensive! Hahhaa.....coz of the "choi yin kai"(dunno wat is it in eng) ..total bill was rm72.....pengsan ar!

Well, am now in Ktn breathing in a lil more cleaner air..lolz n went to d doc to get some med coz of my blocked ear n running nose i had for bout 2weeks dy! Ish... took d pills today and less than an hour, i K.O. dy! Wat a strong drug....hopefully it's working ! Hahahaa okaay, talk more next time..... Goin back to kl tmr n start another craze week on mon! I conquer!! Muahahahaaaha

Gym experience

I finally got myself fit again!
Hahaha...well, as my first time using a gym...totally dun noe how to use d machines.
Went into d gym, saw 2 elderly people warming up.. I saw d electronic bicycle, switched it on, then sat on it. I couldn't reach the pedals, so i lowered my seat but didn't screw the seat adjustor tightly...so pop, i bumped lower with a loud TONG.....hahhaa totally noob to even a small gym.
Then i started pedalling, well, looked like no big deal, but i cycled so hard n quick, my heart beat faster n faster till i got tired. Wow, i din noe this machine would be so tiring.
Hahahaaa so i changed to a tread mill later, took quite a long time to understand d machine, gotta read some instructions before i entered my weight, height and speed. Hahaa, finally got it moving at the right settings.

At least i got to sweat it out! Next one, swimming ! Waiting for my senior to go 2gether ! Hahaa..
-work it out-

weeee~~~

Class starts at 10a.m. tomorrow! Aaahhhhh so niceeee............
But the REAL TORCHER begins on orientation week next Mon...We have to reach college by 7a.m. Cheese! It's time for seniors to get their nice bully on us, THAT means:
TOTAL EMBARRASSMENT = 100%
TOTAL COOLNESS = 0%
But that will bring all of d newbies closer together, i HOPE. =)

"Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. "

My next phase is...

College life!!
Can't guarantee that it's all fun, fun, FUN but it is really into a new phase of life.
Totally different from your ordinary school life. Hahaa. It's my 3rd here in my condo, which is so comfy and clean and kinda up-to-date stytlish place coz this owner has TV!!, air-con and a nice bathroom. Thank God for that!

I have a newbie as my roommate, which is a good thing. So we can college together but just for now, coz we're not in d same stream...huhuu..gotta find another walking partner to go home with. I prayed really, really hard for good housemates, and I know He'll answer me =)

Just came back from my 1st day of orientation. Phew, tired! Coz' we had treasure hunt at the end, and it took us almost 2hours to complete it! Running around d WHOLE college like wild dogs =X sweatin like rain...now my feet really sore, aaahhh. But all lecturers are GREAT =) warm n friendly, which u dun get easily anywhere else in KL.

Will try 2 post more pics next time, if i'm free......Goin out 4 dinner wit dad in half an hour's time!

Tribute to MJ

My first performance, singin Michael Jackson's song during my kindergarten concert when i was 5.
"Heal the world"
There's A Place In
Your Heart
And I Know That It Is Love
And This Place Could
Be Much
Brighter Than Tomorrow
And If You Really Try
You'll Find There's No Need
To Cry
In This Place You'll Feel
There's No Hurt Or Sorrow

There Are Ways
To Get There
If You Care Enough
For The Living
Make A Little Space
Make A Better Place...

Heal The World
Make It A Better Place
For You And For Me
And The Entire Human Race
There Are People Dying
If You Care Enough
For The Living
Make A Better Place
For You And For Me

One of the most touching songs he'd ever written =)

You never let go

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death
Your perfect love is casting out fear
And even when I'm caught in the middle of the storms of this life
I won't turn back
I know You are near

And I will fear no evil
For my God is with me
And if my God is with me
Whom then shall I fear?
Whom then shall I fear?

~~Oh no, You never let go
Through the calm and through the storm
Oh no, You never let go
In every high and every low
Oh no, You never let go
Lord, You never let go of me~~

And I can see a light that is coming for the heart that holds on
A glorious light beyond all compare
And there will be an end to these troubles
But until that day comes
We'll live to know You here on the earth

Only the heart counts

"LOVE"
If i speak in the tongues of men and of angels but have not loved,
i'm only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.
If i have the gift of prophesy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge
and
If i have a faith that can move mountains but have not loved,
i am nothing.
If i give all i possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames
but have not loved,
i gain nothing.

Help me to play with a heart of worship, anoint my head, let Your love electrify my fingers.

If I have not love, i am nothing.

From the jungle =D

Wooot~~! Meeting Mimi and Humaira in kuantan brings back fun memories... Lolz....They came from "the jungle" which is Kolej Matrikulasi Pahang =P coz it's far from town and they go out to town only around twice a month.. Well, miss them lotz! I like to bully one of 'em but dun like to be bullied by the other one! Hahahaha....you can see n guess 4 yourself which one is the big bully...

Tada....Look at this bully's gedik face....kekeke. Forced me to treat her lunch also....good thing i only brought 15bucks wit me, phew~~~ I treated her cheese cake and she bought me a drink...erm, so that's back to square one. Hahahhaa...nice to see them both in their same character, mimi with her high-pitched laughs and humaira who cannot stand still even for a sec.
Both these matrix students said they are very tensed up with their assignments, yeah, i'll join in the club soon. Hey, no pain, no gain? Nod your heads in agreement!

Ginger girl

Shifting Gear

I dare say, "I can do the impossible" now..... Uncle Mundee dare me to drive his car today! >.<>

From a Kancil to a Toyota Hilux-- that is a diesel-engine 4 wheel drive which is also MANUAL! Drove the car with uncle mundee beside as my examiner....lolz. I drove from church to a restaurant for lunch..

Started the engine running, pulled the driver's seat forward as my legs aren't long enough =x, shifted to reverse gear then stepped on the accelerator but the car didn't move at all. I didn't
release the clutch high enough, that's why all i heard is VRRROOOOOMM but no movement...hehehhee..first time gettin used to a totally bigger car, thrice the size of Mr. Kancil.

By the time we stopped at the trafic light, i gotta take off my shoes to get the feeling of the pedal coz i don't like to see my passengers jerking like an ostrich throughout the journey..hahaha.

When we reached.......i did another side parking ! A good one, and uncle mundee said,
"CAN PASS LAH" ;)

Nappy days come again

"Rain, rain come again....go away another day"
On weather like today, nappy times are the best to thing to enjoy!! No matter what type of person are you, love outdoors or just stay in, you can never resist those temptation to take naps during a rainy or cloudy day. Plus the damp condition around you and the cool breeze drives you even more desperate to go into slumberland.....=D
Set my alarm at 8.32a.m. this morning(i'm quite a precise person, mind you), freshen me-self up then, Honk! Joel was right outside my house to pick me up to church. Thank God, i didn't take extra time to get myself ready otherwise, plain ole Joel will do his usual nagging, "Why so long ah? I told you to get ready soon rite??" yada..yada.
Music practice ended by 10.30a.m...went for brunch wit me mom, i drove!! Mum said, "Let me drive to the place first, then you drive back home", and I defended, "No....I'll drive....no, me, me , ME!! Phew, i won!
And i did my first side-parking!!Wooohooo (i know i sound like a jakun) but if you don't try, you'll never do it! And i drove back home too.......lallalala......hahaha.
Later, around 1.30p.m., that's when the nappy spell came! Muahahhaha i didn't take afternoon naps after since schooling days were over last year. So, i just pampered myself to thinking a good nap is hard to get and I only nap once in a blue moon. I dozed off soon while listening to nostalgic music(one of my fav) in the background. My nap lasted almost 2hours as my nap was interrupted by a Ring!Ring! and I decided to finish off my nap few mins later. If i don't i might turn my nap into sleep till the sun dawns.
And now, I'm writing to you, Mr.Blog or should i say, i'm writing on you!!
That's what I did today.
O, me mom is gonna cook dinner tonite after soo long, about a month plus of non-home cooked food....finally!! yummy yum.....Saliva is drooling already...........
And tonite, it's Chelsea vs. Everton!!!! Gonna declare GOAL!! for Chelsea at Lam's house tonite!! Watch out!!
Chao for now~~

Happy birthday, sis.

Dear Sis,

It's the 27th of May once again but it's the 2nd time we celebrate your birthday without you. How quick time flies and sometimes, it's hard to grasp the fact that you have finished the race God has marked out for you here on earth. Cheatin, you took the shortcut before many of us in the race of life.

Even so, you are now livin your eternal life with the Father. You are spending everlasting dwelling in the mansion Jesus had prepared for you, that is your castle in the air. I know so for I have dreamt about your mansion in heaven, God was generous to show it to me. =)

Memories of you will never leave me and I'll never forget having you as my sis. But for now, I shall not dwell in the past or look upon my past sorrows bcoz moving forward is a neccesity in life. I'll be waiting for that moment where we'll be together, forever.
~i'll keep on missin you till i see you~

Spent a full week with my aunt, who is the shopaholic i'm talkin about and her husband, Mr. Eat-Them-All coz he eats everything, that's edible of coz! He likes tom yam and curry more than any local Malaysians I've met! Lolz.... He can almost drink curry with straw....RWEEAAALLLYY...

(taken at The Gardens)
We also spent one whole day at KL. We were in MidValley and The Gardens from 2.30pm till 9p.m.......Mostly window shopping =P With my aunt at the mall, there's no turning back! It's paradise for her. If she goes sight-seeing, she'll be like "Hhmm, that's nice......" then, she can doze off into dreamland but if she just step into a mall, she'll go "WOW!! I like this top very much!!! Beautiful......Attractive.....Very cheap!". Therefore, she's a real shopaholic =)

**random**just posing with the cool-lookin shades

This looks like an advertising banner for shades eyh??? I must agree that the model look cool in those shades! Hahahhahaahahha.....presenting the future of sunglasses....kakakka

More of Jiminy's friends =D

This is another way of getting those irritating, bugging crickets.
Trap them using sticky gluey tape with the bait in the middle...lolz.
Actually the trap is meant for trapping roaches but crickets also are kinda dumb as those roaches to get trapped =D

Caught 6 in one trap! Now that's satisfying...muahahhahahaa!

There's the papa, mama n their lil kids...Now, seth, can u name all of them?? Hahahaha, let's see. Look how huge are the bigger ones compared to the small ones. Any kids reading this?? Ehem.....Note that crickets have very, very long fillers, so run along and write that in your science report....Hahahhaha.

Krikz...away!!!

People

"We're just ordinary people....", one of the lines sung by John Legend.

People are ordinary, people are not born with extraordinary powers like those you watch on Heroes.....flying, teleporting, disguising, being invisible n etc......
But God has created people or we call, humans in His image and He has designed people different from the living creatures of green plants and animals. People are specially created with thinking skills and expressible emotions.

Try to wonder, what makes landmarks, countries, buildings or anything you can think of so famous and well-known?
People.
How did the Great Wall of China become so great??
Who built the tallest skyscraper in the world?
Who sing out beautiful melodies out of composed notes?

People!

Even gigantic machines are handled by people, invented by people. People who have the ability to sing like angels give us inspiration to write more.

Without people, there will be no builiding. Without people, unity cannot be formed.
Without people, there is no function in the body.

People are the people who need people. Ordinary people can do the extraordinary. =)
Give me your open response. God bless ya.

Pseudo-truths

Lately, I've been reading a book titled "Life's Like That" written by Lydia Teh, a Malaysian author of a best-selling book, "Honk! If You're Malaysian". She explains every lil' details every average-joe Malaysians go through in their daily lives.

I turned to one of the pages with a title Pseudo-truths, as i was reading that page, i couldn't help but nodding in agreement with the author's opinions and chuckling all the way. To give you a clearer picture of what pseudo-truths means, compare them to almost as true as "the sun rises in the east and sets in the west" or "Malaysians must talk with lahs in their conversations".....hahaha. Example no.1 of pseudo-truths you find in Malaysians' lifestyle:

"It always rains after I have washed my car"
I truly agree with that! Once, i complained to a friend that i'm fed up of washing my mom's car coz it always rains after i've washed the car, especially on Sundays. Put yourself in my shoes for a moment, after all the hard work washing the car, scrubbing the tyres and wiping the whole car dry. Just when you admire your hard work, looking at the clean, shiny car then... showers of rain pours down and you can imagine your car "crying" to bits. losing all its shine! This is Malaysian weather. Example no.2:
"The queue over there moves faster"
When wanting to pay for stuff you buy in a supermarket, you see people in queues waiting for the cashiers at the counters to pay for what they buy. You choose the queue which have the least amount of people waiting or those who have fewer things to purchase. And so, you wait for your turn but you look at the other counters and noticed that the other queues end faster than yours! Then, you feel that something is wrong with the speed of the cashier who is gonna punch in the cash register and you can't help thinking why is this cashier so slow????
The next example of pseudo-truth is:
"The phone rings either when I'm out, busy or in the bathroom"
This happens to my mom quite often..lolz. When she's free, sitting on the couch, watching tv or just reading the papers in the living room, the phone is as silent as a grave. As soon as she leaves the house or walks upstairs for a shower, the phone rings and the caller asks, "Helow, may I speak to your mum?" then i'll say "Erm, she's not in" or "She's having her shower, call back later?". If I counted the number of times i said those lines, it would be hundreds! Hahahaa why, oh why? One more statement i totally agree with is:
"Humongous zit often sprouts up just before an important event"
What is this humongous zit??? It's a pimple or an acne right on the obvious spots on the face! Right on! Really, one or two days before a party or gathering event comes up, all of a sudden, out of nowhere, a pimple grows on your face! It's like hitting a jackpot but only thing that its not a jackpot of cash...its the bacterial attack jackpot...ish! I remember 2 years ago, I had bought a ticket for a school's dinner function held in a hotel. Few days before the event, i had a pimple right on my forehead! Obvious, of course! Couldn't get it off 100% clear, don't trust those ads where after you apply the advertised pimple cream and BAM!, the pimple clears off the next day! That's only in your dreams ...However, good thing i covered it with my hair in front.
Well, i'm sure you have experience with at least one of these truths? Hahahahaa, you should read this book i'm talking about. Malaysians are people with unique lifestyles! Yes?? Say "AYAYAE CAPTAIN!"

Time of Your life a.k.a. Detik Kegemilangan Hidup Anda

Green Day's Time of Your Life
Another turning point a fork stuck in the road
Time grabs you by the wrist directs you where to go
So make the best of this test and don't ask why
It's not a question but a lesson learned in time
It's something unpredictable but in the end it's right
I hope you had the time of your life
So take the photographs and still frames in your mind
Hang it on a shelf of good health and good time
Tattoos of memories and dead skin on trial
For what it's worth it was worth all the while
It's something unpredictable but in the end it's right
I hope you had the time of your life

Jamie's Detik Kegemilangan Hidup Anda
Satu lagi persimpangan arah hidup
Masa membimbing anda ke hala tuju yg sepatutnya
Cuba yg terbaik dlm dugaan ini
Persoalan mengapa diketepikan
S'bab apa yg berbaloi
Memang berbaloi utk seumur hidup anda
Ini adalah di luar jangkaan
Namun akan membawa anda ke arah yg betul pada saat akhir
Saya berharap semoga anda akan menikmati detik kegemilangan dalam hidup anda!

NOW....who's gonna sing this?? Hahahhahaaa

Breakfast at mcD...(not Tiffany's....lolz)

Woke up at 8am this morning.....huiizzzz.....met up with frens at beach and had hash brown, egg, sausage with a cup of tea. Quite delicious but painfully burnt my pocket money l0lZ.

cheerful faces at 9.30 in the morning! Hahahaa that's bcoz of d food?? maybe...haha. Some people(at the back there) just don't cooperate when taking pictures....ish.........
Those guys keep yapping about football n stuff so i finally said "Let's go somewhere NOW"
We walked out of mcD and stood along the pavilion but kinda regretted coz it was so hot outside! But we kept walking till we reached the playground and wen jie wanted to play "see-saw".....i always see "see-saw" as a weight balance....but now i know it's NOT! Ahhaha we tried to see who was heavier when wen jie and i sat on both sides and apparently it was balanced........not true! Lolz.....

Before we went back, we hung out at this spot for awhile....watching a bunch of Korean athletes running by ...(all guys...ehem)hahahaa they look good though....Hahahahaa i wondered, what if i holler "Anyeong haseyoooo..." while they were passing by, would they stop and bow to greet me like those u see in Korean dramas?? Heheheee but i will not take that chance to ruin my image lar..
My cekap friend, Elrin let me drove her car back home!!! (I can't officially drive alone yet) Wahahaaha i call her cekap coz she help me restart when i mati enjin for once.... =X hehehee finally reached home......phew, we said "FINALLY".....hahahaaa but my driving was alrite! =p
